Stan Lee was THE ultimate superhero to many. The characters he created entertained millions and they also inspired a lot of artists to create their own interpretation of Stan Lee’s works. But there can only be ONE Stan Lee, as such the outpouring of recognition from fans to super famous people who portrayed his characters inundated the internet.
American actor Chris Evans who portrayed Captain America in the marvel movies said, “There will never be another Stan Lee. For decades he provided both young and old with adventure, escape, comfort, confidence, inspiration, strength, friendship and joy. He exuded love and kindness and will leave an indelible mark on so, so, so many lives. Excelsior!”
The handsome Hugh Jackman who brought Wolverine to life tweeted, “We’ve lost a creative genius. Stan Lee was a pioneering force in the superhero universe. I’m proud to have been a small part of his legacy and …. to have helped bring one of his characters to life.”
The legend that is Stan Lee, his name will echo through the ages. He will continue to impact a lot of ‘childhoods’ for generations to come. Artists from around the world are sharing their own artworks to pay homage to the master storyteller, comic book writer and publisher.
