Named “Shaa,” meaning dwelling and protection, Philippa’s exquisitely unusual tiny home measures 11.5 feet long and 3.1 feet wide, resting on a 12.5-foot trailer.

“It’s like it wraps you round, doesn’t it? Gives you a big hug,” she said, describing the cozy space.

“I discovered I was not an engineer in a former life,” she joked, recalling the 10-day installation.
