  1. I am happy you found a way. I am stuck in the despair and anger cycle and I need to find the exit sign soon. How do you change perspective I wonder for the millionth time?

  2. Sometimes I Wonder why I didn’t let go earlier, I think it would have been a lot more easier for me to just relax. Sometimes I ask my self: why didn’t they tell the truth instead of just behave like everything was okay. It took me a while to acept that those people weren’t meant to be In my life.

  3. Yes, know when to leave things alone & learn to let go of what is weighing you down. I had to do that for myself if I wanted to move on with my life. I realized that I was only making myself sick with grief & despair, and I wasn’t doing anything to help anyone or the situation by feeling that way, especially myself. Don’t waste your life, live your life with a new perspective.
