You Can’t Always Fix Things

There’s only so many times you can allow someone to let you down before you will no longer tolerate being disappointed. When things go wrong between two people, something has got to give. You get to the point where you get tired of being the only one trying to fix things, it’s not giving up, it’s realizing you had enough. You’ve got to do what’s right for you, even if it hurts. — Brigitte Nicole , Lessons Learned In Life

You have confirmed a huge part of my life. It keeps circling back as a reminder. Believe and be blessed. It too shows love has no boundaries even in the time gone.

You know, it's sad! Marriage is not about "he doesn't make me feel special" "he disappoints me" "he called me a bad name" "he doesn't meet my needs" "doesn't he know it's all about me and how I want him to be"!! Marriage is all about giving and not keeping score...if you can't be a giver, please stay single!! I know, your going to say marriage is give and take...that may be true but don't worry about who is giving or taking...it all works out in the end!! I've never asked my husband for anything...ever...but he gives me everything! I've never made a to do list ever...I only want for him to be there for me, NOTHING ELSE, and he always is, and everything gets done...either by him or me...we are partners!! We have no expectations of each other, we have never tried to change each other...ever! Why put so much pressure on each other to please the other...it just happens...let it happen!! Our life is not always perfect...we fight...boy do we fight sometimes...then it's done as fast as it started! We are married...we are not one person...we each have are flaws, but we are perfect together! I'm not an expert on marriage or relationships but I have been married for more than 40 years...so we must be doing something right!?,
