The series of fantasy novels, written by British author J.K. Rowling, centers around the life of a young wizard, Harry Potter, and his friends Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. All of them are students at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
The main story arc of the books revolved around Harry’s struggle against the dark wizard Lord Voldemort, who aims to be immortal. His evil plans include overthrowing the Ministry of Magic, the wizard governing body, and to control all wizards and non-magical folk called “Muggles”.
