Bonsenge said that she has been filming their dance videos and she thinks people liked them because of the diversity. She also said that as partners, they have shared a very positive image of love and hope. “I think, actually, love has no color,” Bonsenge stated.
Of course, their guesting wouldn’t be complete without showing everyone their incredible dance moves and amazing partnership. Bonsenge and Anae danced gracefully and proved why they deserve to be in the show and get those millions of views.
As the stars of these viral videos, making it to a prestigious American talk show like The Ellen DeGeneres Show was just a dream for the duo. This is why they were so surprised when they got a golden invitation on to the highly-coveted talk show.
What shocked them the most was when Ellen DeGeneres revealed during the interview that they were royally recommended by Meghan Markle.
“Do you know how I found the two of you?” said DeGeneres. “Meghan Markle sent me this video. She texted me and said, ‘What do you think of this, how great is this girl?’”
The duo didn’t think or even imagined that they could get to the show with the help of a royal personality. They were in great disbelief but also very grateful for what Meghan Markle has done for them.
For a number of years, Ellen DeGeneres has been friends with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Their friendship started when DeGeneres stood up for the couple amidst the phone hacking incident and the publication of a private letter, which urged the couple to sue some British tabloids.
Markle also mentioned before that DeGeneres encouraged her to adopt the dog which she named “Bogart.” She was hesitant at first but DeGeneres said she had to rescue the dog and take it home.
“It’s sort of like if Oprah tells you to do something. I’m sitting there holding him and she’s like ‘Have you thought of a name for him yet?’ And I said, ‘Well, I think I’d name him Bogart,’ and she’s like ‘You’re taking the dog home,’” Markle explained.
Since then, they became closer to each other and this story is proof of how their friendship has blossomed into something beautiful.
For the dance duo, the recommendation from the Duchess was a once-in-a-lifetime gift that would motivate them in making more people happy. Through their dancing prowess and incredible partnership, they are sure to become a successful dance duo and a great inspiration to aspiring dancers throughout the world.
